Songs of the Day – New Years

There are two songs I want to add on this post. First of all sorry for the absense. I am finishing the fifth series in “The Rideshare Chronicles” which I am sure you recall I finished the fourth on e a week ago. 2020 has been a tough years and many us feel that we are alone. The upcoming blog will make you realize that your truly not alone. I’ve been there. Which to those feeling sorrow today. Today’s first song of the day is Phillip Phillip’s “Home.” A added bonus it’s also a song that helped me write a chapter in the fifth series.

As we enter the year, many of us feel like things seem hopeless. Truth be told there is light at the end of tunnel always. Sometimes that light is us; regardless if we don’t see it. The truth is that I learned in 2020 is that even dreamers can make it. As I always dreamed to have a published book. I was able to it. Now if it’s successful or not, I am still okay with that. Because the truth is, I already exceeded a milestone with consistency and facing my own fears and insecurities. Which is why I will say, never give on your dreams. But alway have realistic expectations, timelines, and be realistic. And if your perception doesn’t match the outcome. Well it’s just a stepping stone. Which is why my second song to you guys to bring in 2021 is “High Hopes” by Pan!c At the Disco.
