You’re a God – Vertical Horizon

Sometimes life isn’t about what’s in it for us. Sometimes it’s about paying it forward. Yesterday I saved a rooster and took him in today, which chicken coops are hard to find in the era of COVID, so have him in a cage until his permanent homes comes in. Today I was tested to see if I would turn a blind eye and I was able to bring the look of hope back the same way someone did for me when I was temporarily homeless in Houston. We all one day will hope that when we are down in our luck, someone cares enough to not want to see us down. Naturally this song came to mind, which makes me look back at the dark days a lot more in a brighter light
